T20 - T25 AP | SP Series 1156 Electric Pallet Truck

The T20–T25 AP/SP pallet trucks provide ergonomically optimised working conditions for operators. Linde’s flexible design allows the AP model to switch between modes: the standing platform can be raised and the steering tiller folded down, transforming the truck into a full pedestrian unit when required. In comparison, the SP model features a fixed standing platform for consistent ride-on operation.

The truck features Linde’s e-driver control system, positioning the operator at a right angle to the direction of travel for clear visibility both forward and backward. This setup allows manoeuvres to be completed more easily and efficiently. Depending on the model, the pallet trucks offer lifting capacities of 2.0 or 2.5 tonnes, with lithium-ION battery options available.

Features

SAFETY

Solid steel skirt reaches the floor to absorb slight impacts and protects the operator's body.

Compact design of the steering unit ensures that the operator always stays inside the solid body of the truck when driving.

Both models have three independent braking systems ensuring the safety of the operator and the load in every driving situation. If the operator takes their hand off of the drive switch, the electromagnetic braking system activates automatically. The same applies if the dead-man switch is released or the emergency stop activated.

ERGONOMICS

In the SP model, the operator stands at approximately a 45° angle to the fork direction, improving visibility and reducing the need to twist the body when reversing, lowering physical strain.

Padded backrest adds extra comfort.

Heavily cushioned standing platform stabilises the operator on uneven surfaces, helping prevent fatigue and physical strain.

Both models feature precise power steering that can be operated effortlessly.

Deep storage compartments provide space for packing paper, writing tools, and other work essentials.

HANDLING

The truck reaches a maximum speed of 14 km/h, whether loaded or unloaded, and can handle gradients up to 13%. Its 3 kW AC motor, combined with active support wheels, delivers rapid and powerful acceleration.

Hydraulic wheel suspension adjusts to the load, driving conditions, and speed, maintaining consistent stability and traction.

A hill hold system prevents the truck from rolling backward on inclines.

The Linde e-driver controller enhances handling performance in the SP version, while the compact steering wheel integrates all controls for quick and easy operation with either hand.

SERVICE

CAN bus connectivity allows service technicians to read all truck data via a laptop, simplifying maintenance.

All truck components are easily accessible for quick servicing.

AC motor is maintenance-free for reliable operation.

Rugged construction ensures the truck can withstand heavy, continuous use with minimal servicing.

Each fork can carry up to 2 tonnes without bending.
