Linde Service and Parts Planner - North Island

Auckland

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service and Parts departments for our forklift operations by coordinating service and parts orders and inventory across multiple locations.

About you:
  • Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
  • Proven experience in forklift service and parts planning or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of forklift maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Precise and correct in approach to tasks, has an eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Well organised, methodical and efficient
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Understands the importance of great customer service
  • Current holder of NZ work visa, resident, or citizen

  • Working knowledge of forklift and associated industries

  • Familiar with MS Office Suite and CRM's
