Efficient Simultaneous Picking at Optimal Operator Height
The N20 C LX order picker features a scissor lift, offering a powerful and ergonomic solution for order picking with the ability to lift and transport loads of up to 2.0 tonnes. During order picking tasks, the operator can conveniently raise the forks to the ideal height, minimizing unnecessary strain. This design allows for the simultaneous filling of two Euro pallets, promoting back safety.
For occasional order picking on the second level, the operator's platform can also be lifted as an option. The mast and chassis construction is engineered to prevent crushing injuries, further enhancing safety. Moreover, the operator's platform provides excellent all-around visibility and can be equipped with a panoramic mirror for added convenience.
- Automatically adjusts its speed on bends, increasing safety for the operator, the load and pedestrians.
- Three braking systems ensure safety in all situations: the electromagnetic service brake, a hydraulically assisted braking system that reduces the speed proportionally to the weight of the load, and the Linde brake control which is automatically applied when the drive control is released.
- Additional safety is provided by the flattened contours of the chassis and the rounded operator's platform as well as automatic lane centring of the Linde steering wheel.
- LED front lights and the Linde BlueSpot™ can also visually announce the order picker.
- Wide and low entrance operator platform that is easily accessible from both sides enables the operator to work short distances and with little fatigue.
- Special scissor lift design allows the operator to load both pallets at a height that is easy on the back and eliminates unnecessary movement.
- Mast controls and optional pedestrian controls for moving the vehicle are located on both sides of the backrest.
- Operator's compartment has various possibilities for the operator to adjust the vehicle to their requirements, including many storage areas.
- Both the ergonomic and intuitive Linde Steering Wheel and backrest are height-adjustable.
- Backrest has a foldable seating support.
- Dampened platform reduces vibration caused by uneven surfaces and a non-slip rubber pad improves the operator’s standing position.
